At Premji Edible Oils, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of edible products, we accept returns and replacements only under specific circumstances mentioned below.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 5 day return and replacement window from the date you receive your order.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at support@premjiedibleoils.com.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your request will be accepted only if:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product seal was broken or not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
- The product was expired at the time of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.
- You will receive confirmation regarding the pickup schedule.
- After the returned product passes inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.
Replacement
If a replacement is approved, the new product will generally be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product has been picked up and verified.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you experience any delivery-related issue, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
Quality Concerns
If you have any concerns regarding product quality, please contact us immediately at support@premjiedibleoils.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded.
- Premji Edible Oils reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
